Why Di
Di Concept Store
Di is the name of the new décor material and surface concept store design range from FunBox.It features a cast all-in materials design with unlimited décor idea. With its wide selection of formats, from exotic textile, unique mosaics, rare Italian stones to rectangular textured tiles, Di offers an interesting but restful effect into its combination and curated space. Highlights of the range are décor tiles exclusively designed and produced by the award-winning interior architect, Jan Sinthawanarong, in three collections.Inspired by the designer’s experience, the colors of Di are in keeping with the fashionable industrial yet luxury style. Creme, greyish black, pink gold and anthracite give rooms in both the public and private sector an attractive modern feel. The large 60 x 120 cm format in particular has few joints and emphasizes the authentic flashy look of the floor. The standard 30 x 60 cm and 60 x 60 cm tiles ensure the greatest design flexibility. The mix and match ideas are highlighted based on the belief that space can achieve stunning look purely by material, not only loose furniture. The medium scale decors feature modern versions of traditional motifs and décors from apparel and wall features using a recipe of stones and textiles. The modern yet customary design elements give an extravagant and opulent touch to the décor, creating a delightful yet puristic interplay of historical and modern elements. In classical interior schemes, past and present come together in harmonious fashion.
Di is for those who like an urban yet understated environment and value uncomplicated material conceptual arrangements. It combines the high material quality puristic 3-dimentional surface design and a décor that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of authenticity, originality and artistic details. The authentic and varied look makes Di ideal for any scale of sales and display surfaces in galleries or shopping malls. In Di concept stores it gives expression to the individual style of the residential or commercial “pre-completed” look.
